Flocking adds a fun and fuzzy texture to your art -
we call it the velvet Elvis effect.
Ink up your stamp with any pigment ink or embossing ink (just no quick drying ink). Make sure your stamp pad is good and wet.
Stamp.
Apply Sticky Embossing Powder like you would embossing powder. We like to work in a large container and dip our card.
Shake off any extra.
Check to make sure you have powder over the entire area. If not, apply Sticky Powder again.
Pre-heat your heat gun. This will help to not blow away any of the powder before it melts.
Melt the Sticky Embossing Powder. This does not take as long as regular embossing powder. Move on quickly as the powder melts so you do not overheat it. If you do overheat it, it will no longer be tacky. This will remain tacky for 1/2 hour or more, so you don't need to rush through the rest of the steps.
Apply flocking. Squeeze out enough to cover your image.
With your finger, firmly press flocking into Sticky Powder.
Remove applicaton tip and pour extra flocking back into the bottle.
